In order to use the Site, Users must be at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

By accessing and using the Site, the User acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as the other policies relevant to the Site.<\/p>\n

Represents a collection of Users' personal information that allows them to access all areas of the Company's Site.<\/p>\n

Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The agreement entered into between the User and the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

Third Party Partners are the partners on whose behalf we communicate with Users and are divided into: media partners, collaborators and event organizers.<\/p>\n

Third Party Partners do not have access to the User's personal data unless the Company has obtained prior consent from the User to do so.<\/p>\n

Any information in relation to the User that allows his\/her identification directly or indirectly, including but not limited to name, surname, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile phone number, whether he\/she is married, whether he\/she has children, age of children, etc. and which is provided by the User for the purpose of creating an Account on the Site, subscribing to the Newsletter, sending opinions and suggestions, publishing materials or for any other purpose.<\/p>\n

Consent to the processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

Means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes, by which the data subject signifies his or her agreement, by means of a statement or unequivocal action, to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.<\/p>\n

The Company and\/or the Associated Partners shall appoint a person whose purpose is to inform and advise the controller, or the processor, and the employees dealing with the processing on their obligations under the law as well as to monitor compliance with data protection laws and the controller's or processor's policies regarding the protection of personal data, to cooperate with the supervisory authority, to assume the role of point of contact for the supervisory authority on processing issues.<\/p>\n

Accommodation terms and conditions<\/h5>\n

By using the booking forms available on rosehiphill.ro you enter into a legally binding contractual relationship with us and we will interact with you directly by sending you a confirmation email on behalf of the guesthouse.<\/p>\n

By using, including visiting and purchasing tourism services from www.rosehiphill.ro you agree to the terms and conditions detailed in the following paragraphs.<\/p>\n

Arrival and departure:<\/strong>
- Check-in is from 15.00.
- Check-out is by 11:00.<\/p>\n

Accommodation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The accommodation of each person is made by filling in the reservation form based on the identity card.<\/p>\n

Booking:<\/strong>
To make a reservation please fill in the reservation forms on the website or contact the reservation service by phone: +40 755 759 059 or by e-mail: contact@rosehiphill.ro<\/p>\n

Cancellation:<\/strong>
Any cancellation of a booking will be made by contacting the reservation service.
Reservations are valid after payment of a 20% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Rates:<\/strong>
These vary according to the type of room chosen and the number of people.<\/p>\n

Payment methods:<\/strong>
Bank transfer, card, cash or holiday voucher.
No commission is charged for bank card payments!<\/p>\n

We want to provide the best conditions for people with special needs. If you have special needs of any kind, please let us know in advance so that we can make your stay as pleasant as possible.<\/p>\n

Animals:<\/strong>
The general rule is that people accompanied by animals and birds are not allowed to stay in the guesthouse.<\/p>\n

Privacy:<\/strong>
We will never use personal data without your prior consent.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
The client is liable to the guesthouse for damages caused to other clients or staff, buildings, furniture and equipment of the guesthouse or farm if the mistake \/ intention can be imputed to them.
The guesthouse's liability does not extend to vehicles or their loads.<\/p>\n

Conduct:<\/strong>
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or service in the restaurant to intoxicated, rude or boisterous guests who by their attitude damage the image of the guesthouse or disturb other guests.<\/p>\n

Loyalty:<\/strong>
We reserve the right to grant bonuses and discounts in order to increase the loyalty of our guests.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

ACCESSING THE WEBSITE<\/h5>\n
\n

Users may access the Site simply for information purposes, in which case they accept that they cannot view all areas, as there are areas of the Site that require Account registration (e.g.: saving products, collections, events).<\/p>\n

When registering an Account on the Site, the User can choose to:
\u2022 direct communication of promotional offers and pension news (commercial offers, invitations to events, special offers on the occasion of certain anniversaries and other types of information), via e-mail, SMS.
\u2022 creating an account on the website in order to receive personalised content according to the user's profile.<\/p>\n

Conclusion of contract<\/strong>
Registration and use of the Website constitutes the User's express and unequivocal consent to the conclusion of the Contract which includes these Terms and Conditions and the Personal Data Processing Policy.<\/p>\n

The Contract between the Company and the User who wishes to create an Account on the Site is concluded only if all the steps listed below are followed:
a) The age of the User is at least 18 years;
b) The User accesses the website www.rosehiphill.ro
c) The User carefully reads these Terms and Conditions and the Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data.
d) The User creates an Account by filling in and submitting real information about him\/herself, mentioned in the registration form on the Website;
e) The User accesses his\/her Account for the first time using his\/her username and password, which will not be disclosed to any person.<\/p>\n

If your username and password have been stolen or compromised, please notify the Company immediately by sending an e-mail to contact@rosehiphill.ro.<\/p>\n

The Contract shall be deemed to be concluded when the User receives confirmation to this effect from the Company in the form of an e-mail sent to the address mentioned at the time of the creation of the Account mentioned in point d, unless the User does not wish to create an Account on the Site, in which case the Contract shall be deemed to be concluded if the steps mentioned in points a and c are followed.<\/p>\n

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User understands that any other subsequent or concurrent commitments in connection with these Terms and Conditions are superseded by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not create rights for third parties.<\/p>\n

Duration and Termination<\/strong>
The contract shall be deemed to be concluded for an indefinite period.<\/p>\n

The User may terminate the use of the Account created on the Site at any time by deleting the Account created.
The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete the Account created by a User at any time and without notice if it finds that the User does not comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or other policies published on the Site;<\/p>\n

The User understands that after the termination of the Agreement, he\/she shall not attempt to register a new Account on the Site, but may use the Site for informational purposes only, subject to the terms of a and c.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including but not limited to data mining and harvesting) on or in connection with the Site without the Company's prior written consent;

They are protected by copyright, trademark rights and other laws and treaties. The Company assumes no responsibility for the veracity of intellectual property rights owned by its Business Partners and used on the Site as a result of the latter's agreement. In the event that the content of the Site refers to the Company's Business Partners, in particular either to their intellectual property rights or to their commercial activities, i.e. commercial campaigns, products and services, prices, etc., the Company shall not be liable for the accuracy and legality of the information of such content, which is made available in its entirety by the Business Partners, the latter bearing the entire legal liability for such content.<\/p>\n

By using certain specific tools of the Site, where specified, Users assign, to the Company, their intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, texts published on the Site, files uploaded to the Site.<\/p>\n

Users are obliged to respect all intellectual property rights of the Company and its Partners promoted on the Site, as provided for by the legislation in force. Users are forbidden to use any image, trademark or sign belonging to the Company or third parties, unless they have obtained the prior written consent of the legal owners.

DISCLAIMERS AND ASSIGNMENTS<\/h5>\n

No situation in which the Company does not act immediately for the realisation of a right of its own shall be construed as a waiver of that right or its realisation.<\/p>\n

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall prove invalid or ineffective, the other provisions shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n

In the above case, the invalid or ineffective provision shall be replaced by another, legally acceptable one, which will produce legal effects as close as possible to the Company's intention. The above shall also apply to omissions.<\/p>\n

Users may not assign part or all of their rights under these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h5>\n

An attempt will be made in advance to resolve any dispute in relation to these Terms and Conditions amicably within 15 working days from the date of the User's written notification of the problems. If the parties do not reach an agreement on the dispute, it will be referred to the competent Romanian court for resolution.<\/p>\n

Consumers may not waive their rights conferred by law. Any contractual clauses that remove or limit the rights conferred by law to consumers will have no effect on them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
